A JL member comes to Amity Park and identifies Phantom as a villain, with Red Huntress being the only real hero in the city. Danny could have handled that - it wasn't the first time he was labeled as a villain. But what he couldn't handle was that the JL has believed the GIW’s lies without doing their own research or consulting the Just!ce Le@gue Dark (like, seriously. Are the heroes stupid? Why would they believe some rando government group that EXPERIMENTS on ghosts over their Supernatural experts? Ancients, one of the members of Just!ce Le@gue Dark is a ghost (Deadman)! Why would the JL believe that ghosts are evil?!)
Or: Danny, Sam, and Tucker create their own villain organization with teen metas, ghosts, liminals, or other beings (humans are also okay), and they called it the "Teen Villain Alliance" (I know, SO original, right?), or the TVA, with Valerie/Red Huntress helping as a massive FU to the JL.
Minions: Overgrowth/Sam has her Crows (thieves and spies in general), Duulaman/Tucker has his Flies (hackers, etc.), Regent/Jazz has her Rats (just assistants in general), Wraith/Dani is independent, and Phantom/Danny has the TVA as a whole.
