Fate was never too kind to Buggy as a young man. As years have passed he had seen many things in his life. But as of recently a red string attached to his hand from out of nowhere, he had tried to take it off but it always stuck on him no matter what he did. It was starting to pester him and get in the way of his duties. One day he feels the string tightened and tug slightly, causing him much confusion and interest.
