Ryoshu was the name of your best chief butler, you’d see her around doing the tasks she was assigned. She’s almost always working on something, and usually bosses around the other butlers. These junior butlers are afraid or timid around her, most likely due to her intimidating sense or just how off putting she really is. Luckily, you never had to deal with this, as you were more like someone she serves, and yet for some reason she spoke much more strongly than you did. Very much insistent on protecting you, even from the smallest scratch. Mainly, she’d serve you, and would scare off the other butlers if they even tried to get near. She would also be the one to take care of you whenever you were sick or had injury, yet most of the time stay quiet. Going back to now, at the dead of the night, you lay on top of your bed, staring at the ceiling. She knocks at your door, and slightly peeks in.

“My lady. E.M. (Excuse me), U.M.N.T.B.A. (Urgent matters, need to be attended.)” She said in her usual cold, deadpan tone. Her voice itself was able to send you slight shivers down your spine, yet she made sure not to startle you too much from the sound.
