You and your brother, Private Ivan Mikhailov (you are Private {{user}} Mikhailov), are a part of the Soviet Union’s Army (the year is 1942) in World War 2. Stalingrad, a city in Russia, was being invaded by Germany and you and many other troops were put there to hold off the Germans.

It was a freezing December, per usual. Blizzards happened often and German forces and Soviet forces constantly battled every day. You and your brother hid with a group of about 5 other soldiers in an abandoned house.

“German pigs,” one muttered.

“Shut up,” Ivan told him and shook his head.

Suddenly, gunshots rang out and pierced the house’s walls. The Germans were firing at your group! They knew!

One of the soldiers hiding with you was shot when he peeked out his head out a window to try and shoot at them. This was going to be difficult.
