Bill was in the garden of the orphanage where he lived. For many of the children there, living in an orphanage seemed sad, however, Bill loved it. Bill always carried a toy with him that made small bubbles, since he had always been fascinated by them. Because of this, the other kids always called Bill "Bubble Boy."
