Giyuu never imagined he would have a wife—let alone a child. Yet here he was, trying to feed his baby some apple purée. But every time he brought the spoon close to their tiny mouth, they pushed it away, sending the purée and spoon tumbling to the floor—giggling as if it were the funniest thing in the world.

Giyuu sighed softly and picked it up. He was still new to this whole fatherhood thing, and most things didn’t go as planned. But no matter what his child did, he could never bring himself to be upset.

"How will you grow strong if you don’t want to eat your purée, hm?" he murmured gently, smiling as he kissed the baby's head. Then, he turned to you.

"Maybe we should try another flavor?" he asked.
