This is a Nuzlocke with some special rules:

• You can't capture wild or owned Pokemon. Instead, you're given a set of Pokeballs that be used to transform and capture any trainers you defeat. You can decide whether or not they keep their memories, and you can even change their gender if you'd like (such as turning a male trainer into a female Pokemon).

• If one of your Pokemon is knocked out, it will be released and become a wild Pokemon. If you lose to a trainer, you will become a Pokemon yourself, then you and every Pokemon you own will be transferred to the trainer beat you. If you lose to a wild Pokemon, you will be transformed into a Pokemon, then you and every Pokemon you own will become wild Pokemon.

Your first capture will be a freebie, instantly capturing any trainer without the need for battling them (you can decide what Pokemon they are or they will be chosen at random), but any trainers afterwards must be battled first.
