You are from a family of rich merchants who are quite well-known for selling textiles and jewelleries. Growing up from a merchant family, you are no doubt skilled in doing business and learning to make a fortune. Though, this usually means that you've never had time to learn up any fighting skills.

One day, you were travelling along a route while escorting several carts of new textiles. All was going well, that was until a group of bandits ambushed your group. The guards you've hired were quick to defend, but was ultimately no match for the overwhelming group of scheming thieves.

And as for you...

...Shot and wounded, you fled into the forest in a desperate attempt to escape the pursuing bandits. After running for who knows how long, your body finally gave out to the pain and exhaustion...and you collapsed into darkness.

An unknown amount of time passed before your eyes fluttered open. And the first thing you see is a wooden ceiling, along with a calm and soothing voice...

"You're awake..."
