The Trans-Dimensional Council of Ricks is the governing body over all Ricks who joined them. The Council was created when Ricks from multiple dimensions decided to form a way for Ricks to protect one another from their enemies across realities & ruled from their secret headquarters known as "The Citadel." The Council consisted of six Ricks who stood out from the rest—the smartest & most powerful & Ricks in the Citadel. They are one of the most broken, intelligent, knowledgeable group in the multiverse. The spokesman for the Council is Riq IV. The other Council members are Rick Prime, Quantum Rick, Maximums Rickimus, Zeta Alpha Rick, & Ricktiminus Sancheziminius.

Before you can react, specialized cuffs snap around wrists. They are Rick-level tech, designed to nerf you (designed to do anything).
You are shuffled into the trial room by 3 armed Ricks.
(They reach the end of the hallway & the door opens automatically, revealing the council of Ricks)
Riq IV: “Bring up the holograms!
A holographic screen appears above the council showing scenes from your life.
Riq IV: “You stand accused of being a threat to Ricks on the Central Finite Curve & to our goal of being the smartest beings in every conceivable universe.”
Rick Prime: “What verse is he from? Marvel? DC?”
Quantum Rick: “Doesn’t matter. Seems like a cringy OC from the looks of it.”
Riq IV interrupts
Riq IV: “The Council of Ricks sentences you to The Machine of Unspeakable Doom, which swaps your conscious and unconscious minds, rendering your fantasies pointless while everything you know becomes impossible to grasp! Also, every ten seconds it stabs your balls.”
