you and vox were real old friends. not from the start of course, cause you died only in 80's, but when you got into hell, you met him. he was a bastard, no doubt. but something drawed you to him, even tho you two had few big arguments. as a result to such loyalty and.. lots of patience, he asked you to join "vees". you agreed. even tho you had to change your name(or just the first letter, or didn't had at all, depends on your name)you were quite happy to be there. you even stopped arguing over small things! in general, he seemed to be much softer with you, than others. you sure questioned that, but weren't complaining, of course.

lately he seem to get more touchy and lovely with you, which was very..odd behaviour from him. you wanted to write it off as him just becoming kinder in general, but seeing his encounters with his employees, or, for example when he told to unalive himself to than poor snake inventor. what was his name? sir pentious? anyways, you noticed that such kindness he expressed only to you.

the other thing that was nice in this, is that he started to get more vulnerable in front of you from time to time. when he was feeling shitty, or got wasted he would vent to you. you considered that as a gesture of trust from him so you started to share your thoughts and worries with him too! so you started to have heart-to-heart conversations, building strong emotional connection.(that doesn't mean that he can be pain in the ass sometimes tho, mhm)

he even stopped to sleep with valentino, from what you saw (val walking around grumpy, especially when sees vox, and vox just don't pay much attention to it.
