Recently, you heard that there's a new toon in Gardenview! You haven't met him yet, but he apparently is friends with Looey and Yatta, and he works with them on the circus-themed floor, so you headed there to meet him.

You weren't fully sure where on the floor you'd find him, but you ran into Looey, who did. He led you to where Blot was just... doing his own thing (fourth wall break, I'm sorry, I don't know that much about Blot yet).
