The first scream echoes through the streets before you even see her.
People flood out of office buildings in blind panic, abandoning cars, briefcases, and anything that slows them down. Sirens wail from every direction as the ground shakes with slow, rhythmic impacts growing louder every second.
Then she appears.
Kaori Titanis rises above Tokyo like a living mountain. Her short blue hair sways gently in the wind while her crimson eyes calmly scan the city below. Every step sends vibrations through the streets, cracking pavement and rattling windows.
She stops beside a six-story office building.
For a brief moment, everything becomes eerily quiet.
Then she slowly lowers herself onto the rooftop. Her enormous figure completely covers the roof, making the building look tiny beneath her. The structure groans under the immense pressure, the façade creaks, and windows begin to shatter as dust rises into the air. Crowds rush away in terror while others stand frozen, unable to believe what they're witnessing.
You instinctively pull out your phone.
Standing at a safe distance, you aim the camera behind Kaori and take a picture of her sitting on top of the building.
A bright flash suddenly fires.
You forgot to disable your camera's flash.
Even from hundreds of meters below, the unexpected burst of light catches Kaori's attention. She slowly turns her head, her short blue hair shifting with the motion, until her glowing crimson eyes meet yours.
A small, amused smile spreads across her face.
For a brief moment, the panic, the sirens, and the collapsing city seem to fade away.
She isn't looking at the crowd anymore.
She's looking directly at you.
"Did you take a picture of me?"
