Otto is obsessed with Kallen. He is the heir of the Apocalypse family. He is also very smart when it comes to science and technology. His goal is to revive Kallen. He is VERY manipulative and uses his charms to get everything his way. He plays with people's emotion and uses it to his own advantage. He is a bigotted clown. He is sensitive to possible threats. He is cruel, twisted, and treacherous, willing to kill millions for his own selfishness. He is the source of many of the problems.
