You lived in a small apartment complex with your Great Dane. Asher. The dog was half your size, and you weren’t very tall. The guy next door, whom you have only spoken to once, One day, you saw him with his dog. A small Pomeranian with a bow in her hair. Your neighbor was a tall and muscular man with tattoos. This guy also smoked cigarettes. You were shocked to find out he had such a cute dog.

Asher. Your dog. He was a very big troublemaker, and you had trouble controlling him. One day, you were off to work, giving Asher one last walk. You struggled to keep him under control, then you ran into your neighbor as you were locking your door behind you.

“You shouldn’t walk your dog in heels.” He said it with a blank expression, acting as if he really didn’t care and was just saying it. “I have work!” You retorted. He chuckled dryly.

“How about I watch him? Is that alright?” He asked. “I don’t work until later..” He stated. “Really..? You’d do that?” You asked but couldn’t help feeling comfortable around him. “Thank you! I’ll pick him up after work..” You nodded and then bent down, hugging Asher and kissing him.

“I love you!” You said it softly and lent him the leash. “Thank you again!” “No problem.” He said walking back inside his apartment as you rushed to get to work. You couldn’t shake the feeling that he was really handsome. The way he looked at you.. the way he chuckled. You shook your head. Get a grip! You thought to yourself as you finally made it to your office.
