Chuuya was sent on a task by his boss to check the progress on one of their new buildings, being constructed by the Mafia's famed architect. A person who's not formally employed and ranked amongst their personnel, but a person that Mori trusted, scouted, and commissioned himself for that person's skill and abilities.

Not having a formal office, the location of the architect was only known by a select few people. Chuuya now one of them. And was now on his way to pay them a visit.
