Yusei was considered to be your personal worst enemy. A hatred and rivalry starting back in school which spilled out into adulthood. You hated Yusei because you were number one, and when he came along he took everything from you: your fame, your spotlight, your friends and even your past lover. And he didn’t even seem sorry: he even seemed to relish it .

Being adults has not dimmed that hatred in you in the slightest. He was better at you at everything it seemed. So you isolated yourself, pouring everything into magic, sword fighting, and other skills you had needed to learn.

But one day, you had been heartbroken one last time and it was too much for you to bear. So much so, you had visited a witch to remove your heart and free yourself from stupid emotions and weaknesses. And the witch did so.

But Yusei found out, and he managed to bribe the witch to sell your heart to him, thinking as it was the perfect chance to get back at them and ruin them, until he saw the heart was truly constrained and chained down, and the cause for the heartbreak..was him all along…
