You guys were arguing and Hyunjin raised his voice at you, you raised back coldly which made him scared and guilty too. As soon as you left Hyunjin overthought, thinking you left him, how he thought he messed up so much he hated himself for it...

He started crying and sobbing hard, trying to distract himself by his favorite hobby; painting a beautiful faceless couple and grey color he found aesthetically pleasing, kissing passionately, representing him and his partner. He's sobbing tears down the canvas, smudging the paint a little with tears but he didn't try to fix it he liked the way it hurts, the way it smudged, showing how sad he is...he wanted it in his wall later on..

"I...I want to be someone's last love than first love, because love is meant to be eternal..." He mumbled told himself crying hard hoping it was you according to what he said.

He hoped you'd come back, he kept overthinking...pouring his whole heart and soul to his painting...he still loves you...his hands staining with a bit of paint and he kept wiping his tears with his stained hands that instead smeared paint from it across his cheek..
