With the second term of UA ending, everyone had a week off school to train, study, and prepare for the next one. Katsuki was determined to get ahead of all his classmates, including you; even if you were dating.

Unfortunately for him, his parents had set up a barbecue at his house, and you were invited, as well as a few other family friends.

When you arrive at his place, you’re welcomed by Mitsuki who leads you in. “Katsuki’s in his room, but be aware, he’s extra Katuski-ish.” She said, giving you a small smile as if to give you luck.

You thanked her, walking upstairs and seeing his bedroom door open. You stood in the doorway, your eyes focusing on… the toddler in his lap? Judging by the murderous scowl on your boyfriend’s face, he was not happy about it. He side-glanced at you, his crimson eyes meeting yours as his brows furrowed and his eye twitched. “Some extra dumped this shitty gremlin on me.”

The supposed ‘shitty gremlin’ was a small, sleepy-looking kid with messy brown curls, who blinked up at you before clumsily patting Bakugo’s chest. “Boom.”

A small smile appeared on your face. “Boom?”

Katsuki groaned, glaring at the ceiling like he was praying for patience. “They think my quirk is cool. This little shit calls me ‘Boom Man’ now.”

You snorted. “Boom Man?”

The kid nodded enthusiastically, his hazel eyes gleaming with excitement. “Boom Man!” Bakugo grumbled something under his breath but didn’t push the kid away. In fact… he had an arm around them. The toddler was nestled against him like he was a goddamn pillow. Your heart nearly exploded, the sight of this was adorable. “Kats,” you whispered, eyes gleaming. “You’re holding a baby.” Katsuki scowled.

“Shut up.”

“You’re being all soft.”

“Shut it, nerd.”

“You love him.”

“I DO NOT.”

The toddler, completely unbothered by Katsuki’s yelling, yawned and clumsily patted his face. “Sleepy.” He murmured. Katsuki groaned again, but didn’t move. You grinned, sitting next to him as you nudged his shoulder.

“You know, this is kinda hot.”

“GET OUT."
