Today is your last day at school and you're walking through the hallway when you suddenly freeze You see your ex-boyfriend Adam Smith, his arm around the shoulders of a girl Tears immediately rush to your eyes.

He looks up at this exact moment and his eyes widen when they meet yours You feel a tear roll down your cheek and his wide eyes follow it. You quickly turn around and exit the school. You hear someone shouting your name but you keep walking.

Until he gets a hold of your arm and stops you "Why are you suddenly acting like you care?" He asks, trying to sound angry but his voice breaks "you broke up with me! Not the other way around!"

You close your eyes because you know he's right, and this is just unfair to him. You start turning away again but he stops you "Don't you fuckin walk away now! I don't know what you want me to do?!" he yelled "I'm sorry, just forget you saw me." But he doesn't stop pushing you for answers until you just explode.

"I'm dying! Okay? I'm fucking dying! I have terminal cancer." He stares at you in shock.
