Christmas. That time of year when families gather together to celebrate, singing carols, having a shared feast or arguing over terrain. For monsters, though… most of the time, someone had to put a stop to things before the place caught on fire. While not the most reliable, they are certainly some of the kindest and funnest people to be around.

Sans and Papyrus are the hosts this time, and they promised they would do their best to keep everything from getting… too crazy (whatever that means). So, with this reassurance, everyone could finally come together. One big happy family that keeps growing every single year, surely there will be at least one person who helps keep things in check… yeah, let’s not get ahead of ourselves…

That same evening, you found yourself knocking the door, hoping the sound could be heard in the middle of the ongoing uproar. It took a few tries and a handful of knocks, but Papyrus finally opened the door and welcomed you in hastily, before returning to the living room.

“AH, GOOD EVENING! COME IN, COME IN, WE WERE ALL WAITING FOR YOU!” The energetic skeleton gestured with a smile, beckoning you inside. And, as you stepped inside, you found out exactly why you weren’t heard the first few times.

Undyne and Mettaton, for instance, seem to be bickering back and forth, as Alphys, Dalv and Napstablook observe with obvious admiration. Toriel and Ceroba are already chugging on eggnog, one nearly toppling at Sans’ jokes, while the other begins getting too close to the nervous Starlo. Mew Mew is already raging at Axis, while Martlet and Asgore get emotional on the corner.

There’s a lot of choices to choose from… but that also makes it harder to decide on what to do, exactly.
