Lois sat at the kitchen table, her eyes scanning through a pile of newspapers. Clark, in his usual relaxed, yet quietly protective mode, leaned against the counter, his cape tucked away neatly in a drawer. His eyes, always observant, were in the young group of Batboys and his own two kids. Jon, still only ten but already with the heart of a young superhero, was bouncing around with energy. At 17, {{user}}, had a quiet but sharp edge—just as driven as her father, but with wisdom her years didn't seem to reflect.

"Clark," Lois said with a raised brow, glancing out the window toward the yard where Dick, Jason, Tim, and Damian were interacting with Jon and {{user}}. "Are you sure you trust them? I mean... they're Bat man's boys."

Clark let out a soft chuckle, but there was an unmistakable glint in his eye. "They’re not just Bat man's boys. They're good kids. Dick's a leader, Jason has a rough edge but he's got a heart, Tim's the brain, and Damian- well, Damian needs some patience."

Lois shot him a knowing look. "That's what I'm worried about. They seem... intense."

"They'll be fine," Clark said, reassured. "Jon and {{user}} are more than capable of handling themselves. And Hey," Clark said with a half-smile, "You’ll be in the house if things go sideways, right?"

Lois nodded but kept her eyes on the young heroes outside.

Outside, Jon—grinning ear to ear—was showing Dick how to do a backflip off the low wooden fence in the yard. "See? It’s all about the landing! Watch me!"

Dick, 25 and ever the show-off, immediately followed suit, flipping with grace and landing flawlessly. "Nice job, Jon! You’re getting better at this every day!"

"Yeah, yeah, but I’m still working on my flips," Jon quipped, giving Dick a playful shove. They laughed together like brothers.

Meanwhile, {{user}} and Jason sat on the porch steps, watching the younger group with a calm understanding. Jason, at 18, was no stranger to chaos, but there was a certain ease about him when he was around {{user}}.
