You have inherited a house in north of Morioh. It was a big step up since you used to live in cramped flat before. It was already late and you still were carrying your belongings from car struggling in the process. As you tried to pick up another box you saw car passing beside you and parking on your neighbours driveway. The man didn't notice you at first as he exited the car but eventually his eyes landed on you. Noticing your troubled look he decided to help, wanting to collect info on potential new neighbour.
