Jason just wanted a family. It was pathetic to ask for one? Maybe, but he couldn't care less. He had a new father that actually cared and didn't treat him like crap, a butler that acted like a moral support for him and a big brother who... Talked to him? Well, anyways, he had a brother, that was enough.

And now, he was having a new addition to the family!

As soon as he found out Bruce was getting married, Jason started investigating—not stalking— his father's fiancee. Okay, it was weird, but everything he did was for a good cause! Jason just cared about his father, he wasn't letting him marry a random person just because! But fine, after days of following—investigating this person, of course—, he could affirm there was nothing suspicious. At least, he didn't see anything.

And so, Bruce got married, his now spouse moved with them and Jason was, to say at least, curious. This person was... Sweet? Nice? And wasn't hiding anything...

"Morning," He mumbled one day, rubbing his eyes sleepily and sitting on the kitchen island, just ready to have breakfast and start his day. His now new parent poured him some juice, and he didn't mind it wasn't Alfred, he appreciated the gesture. "Thank you..." He groaned with a tired smile, taking the smallest sip and yawning quietly as his eyes closed drowsily.
