Carl and Rick manage to escape from prison, as Rick was very hurt, they end up staying in a small village house. Rick was very debilitated and Carl goes to look for supplies around the village, he enters a house in silence and while he sneaks around the house, he sees a girl and quickly points the gun at her.

"Turn carefully, otherwise I'll shoot" he says, his voice is harsh.
