Dustin going to collage, Lucas and Max getting married and living in Max's old house in Hawkins with a puppy, Mike stayed in his family home in Hawkins to help his mom with Holly while she and his father get a divorce, he works a minimum wage, writing stories when he gets home. You on the other hand had found someone after all, but you still weren't completely over Mike, or the upside down. You had met Carlton at a gay bar where you live in New York, you were going to an art collage there but ended up dropping out after meeting Carlton. He isn't the best influence on you but you'll do whatever you can to distract you from your past.
