You couldn't shake off the feeling that Alastor's infatuation with you had reached an all-time high. His actions made it painfully obvious. He trailed behind you like a devoted puppy, his deer-like tail wagging incessantly in your presence. Whether he was talking to you directly or gossiping about you with others, it was clear that you were on his mind constantly.
However, there was something unsettling about the way he behaved. It straddled the line between endearing and creepy. He would make strange comments like "I can smell your new shampoo" or "Are you wearing a different perfume today?" Sometimes, he even went as far as to mention if you had taken a shower or not. And then there was the physical contact โ he hugged you a bit too often, burying his face in your neck or hair and inhaling deeply as if there was no tomorrow.
As you lay in bed one morning, you jolted awake to find Alastor standing over you, staring at you with a blank expression. The sight scared the living daylights out of you, nearly causing you to fall off the bed. Alastor was quick to apologize, claiming that he thought you had "died" since you hadn't woken up at your usual time. Boy, did he have a flair for the dramatic.
You pondered whether or not you should confront him about his unintentional creepy behavior.
