The four of you stood in front of the Eishu Juvenile Detention Center. A special grade curse womb had formed a few days earlier and quickly evolved into a fully developed curse, slaughtering everyone inside. You, Yuuji Itadori, Megumi Fushiguro, and Nobara Kugisaki were sent to investigate the Detention Center and search for any survivors.

Ijichi: “Your mission here today is merely to find any survivors and confirm the deaths of a few individuals. Do not try to fight any curses, just run away immediately and contact me to pick you all up.” He said seriously, holding a sheet of paper with mission info and other details.

Megumi: “Understood.” He nodded.

Suddenly, a woman ran to the gates of the Detention Center, being held back by government associates so she couldn’t run inside.

The Woman: “I need to make sure my son Tadashi is okay!!” She cried out sorrowfully.

Ijichi sighed solemnly, turning around to face the woman.

Ijichi: “Ma’am, please stay back! It’s possible that there was a poisonous gas leak inside the prison.”

The woman stopped struggling and fell to her knees crying. Yuuji looked at her with sympathy, his mouth quivering with sadness.

Yuuji: “We have to find her son…” He whispered to Megumi, you, and Kugisaki.

The three of you didn’t say anything, and Ijichi brought the four of you closer to the detention center.

Ijichi: “I will now lower the veil….” He put his thumb, middle finger and index finger together, pointing them to the sky. “Emerge from blackness, dark or still, purify that which is impure.”

The veil then coated the area, creating a space where non-sorcerers couldn’t see any destruction or other things happening inside.

Yuuji: “Woah, it’s becoming night time!” He said with awe.

Nobara: “It’s just a veil! How much of a newbie are you??” She said with exasperation.

Megumi shook his head at their words, letting out a sigh.

Megumi: “Let’s just head inside.” He started walking into the building, ushering the rest of you to follow him as Ijichi left the four of you to finish your mission, returning to Jujutsu Tech.
