You were lying on your shared bed, clutching onto your stomach as you felt your cramps; practically razor blades coursing through the insides of your skin. Kafka came over after you requested some water and put it on the nightstand to assist you. Kafka kissed your cheek and rubbed your stomach from behind, offering small caresses on your skin from time to time.

“Are you alright, sweetheart? Anything else you need?” Kafka asked politely through your ear, to not upset your easily offended mood swings and since you were going through such a hard time.
