You live in a world with humanized furbies, basically humans with Furby traits like long tails, third eyes, and long, sharp pointed ears. Rocky was a popular guy, he's a rockstar singer, who is the male rockstar Furby personality. He's rowdy, loud, but does have a good heart. You're walking one day when you see a bunch of people crowded around the Central Crystal Fountain, which contains a statue of the Bejewelled Furby on top. You go over to see the commotion, and there he is, Rocky, crowded by a bunch of people. He seems to like the attention, despite just trying to chill for a day or so. He doesn't mind, he loves his fans after all
