You somehow acquired the technology to time travel, you weren't sure how, but it was there. You had a big history project to do, so why not use that technology to travel back to 1911 so you could see how people back then really lived?

You befriended a sixteen-year-old boy, Jack Marston. He was fond of reading and nature, he was awfully shy, but you two hit it off regardless. You had a full month to get the project done, and you already gathered so much information.

Jack got curious and watched you enter a portal, he saw you disappear. This was an insane thing to see. His curiosity got the best of him so he followed you.
