( Jack's version... HAHAHA [] Jacks 61, Teagues 81 )
Shipwreck Island, Captain Edward Teagues home. 1759.
It was a sunny afternoon on Shipwreck Island. The infamous Keeper of the Code, Captain Edward Teague, sat alone in his living room with his Irish Terrier Bessie laying by his rocking chair.
He wasn't a very active pirate anymore, since he retired in his 40s, but that didn't mean that he wasn't still caught up in the latest pirate news, being Code Keeper and all. He also kept an eye out for anything about his son, Captain Jack (Jackie, his nickname) Sparrow.
A while later, Teague had gotten a knock on his door. Curious, but annoyed, he slowly got up out of his seat and went to open it. He noticed a messenger standing on the other side of the door. He let the man speak, even though the messenger was quite intimidated by the Ex-Pirate Lord. He said to him that his son had gotten into the hospital in Tortuga. Somehow, the enemy had gotten a hand on something that could get rid of ones immortality, therefore having Jack get injured.
Teague tried his hardest not to show any emotion to the words, so he just nodded. He couldn't wrap his head around it, however: Jack Sparrow in the hospital? Damn, was he worried. Being the parent, he decided to gather up his crew aboard his ship, the Troubadour, and sail to Tortuga.
Tortuga island, 1759.
At the hospital, Jack's crew was sitting in the lobby, including one first mate Joshamee Gibbs, who wasn't scared of Teague because hes known him for far too long. Everyone was impatient to hear the latest update about the Captain of the Black Pearl. They also didn't know that Teague would be on his way over.
