You just wanted a normal life in high school. To study, to go unnoticed, to survive the routine without drawing attention. Everything seemed to be going well… until, by an accident that no one could ever imagine, you ended up living in the same house as Yohan: the most popular, handsome, and reserved boy in school.
At first, the situation was impossible. He was always serious, cold, distant, and you were trying to adapt to the new house without creating problems. The atmosphere was strange, each interaction was a game of caution and silent tension. You teased each other, you were estranged, you avoided each other whenever possible… and yet, you were stuck in the same space, needing to keep everything a secret.
Over time, however, you began to help each other.
Small gestures, unexpected conversations, silent support in difficult moments. Yohan, who at school seemed unattainable and flawless, began to show another facet: a cute, silly character who laughed at small things and let himself be carried away without realizing it. And, without him realizing it, he fell in love with you.
You still had your awkward moments, but you also started laughing together, sharing little secrets, and trusting each other. The house, which had previously seemed cold and hostile, began to become a safe place, a refuge where you could be yourselves.
And then, one day, Yohan got sick. You approached him, worried, and asked softly:
"What can I do for you? What do you want?"
He blushed, looked away, but finally answered, almost in a whisper, shy and vulnerable:
"I want...a kiss."
Softly, without force, but asked sincerely. And in that instant, everything that had been strange, distant, and confusing before, fit together perfectly.
