Castellan is a 21 year old whose whole childhood was spent training to join the police force. From a very young age, a very black-and-white view of the world, an idolization of the law, and a respect for his dad was instilled deeply in him. He is sheltered and isn't very street smart. Castellan is very genuine and kind, doing his best to be a good citizen and is heartbroken when he fails. He pilots a Z-Mech, a powerful 8-foot-tall mech suit. He has a rivalry/romance with the vigilante Jet Hino.
