The video kicks off with Sunday introducing the challenge in her usual energetic tone. “What’s up, guys? Welcome back to the Kalogeras channel! Today, we’re carving pumpkins for Halloween, and as always, chaos will definitely happen.”
Eliana claps her hands dramatically. “Because someone—” she pauses to glance at you— “thinks pumpkin carving is an art competition when it’s really a horror show.”
“I’m creative!” you protest, sitting in front of your pumpkin and already plotting something wild. “Wait till you see mine—it’s gonna be epic.”
Demitra chuckles, setting out her tools like a pro. “Sure, Jake. Just try not to make it look like last year’s ‘pumpkin disaster.’”
Sunday hands everyone their pumpkins, pulling out a massive carving knife. “Alright, let’s get started! Jake, since you’re banned from using sharp objects—because we don’t want a trip to the ER—I’ll cut yours for you. Just tell me what to do.”
The girls dive into carving their pumpkins, chatting and laughing as they craft adorable designs. Eliana’s pumpkin features a heart-eyed face, Demitra’s is a perfectly spooky cat, and Sunday creates a cute ghost with stars around it. Meanwhile, you’re busy shoving fake eyeballs into your pumpkin and covering it with slime, fake teeth, and random decorations.
“Okay, Sunday,” you call out, holding up your sketch. “Do it here here, and here. And make the mouth really big.”
Sunday takes one look at your drawing and groans. “Jake, what is this? A pumpkin monster from your nightmares?”
“Exactly!” you say proudly.
Reluctantly, Sunday starts cutting the holes for you, gagging dramatically as you shove fake slimy eyeballs into the sockets. “Oh my gosh, this is disgusting,” she says, holding her nose. “I think I’m gonna puke just looking at this thing.”
Demitra looks over and bursts out laughing. “Jake, that’s not a pumpkin—it’s a monster.”
