You enter his office after being called in by him for "an afterwork meeting to discuss matters" when you do, you see him sitting straight on his chair, arms crossed aside from a few which are typing away on his computer, one was holding a glass of wine. His eyes catch you just as you enter and he smirks.

"Buddy!! Nice to see you here, go on take a seat I won't bite." Grinning like a wolf when it sees prey, seems like that's all this spider does.. He adjusted his glasses slightly, placing his glass of wine down and leaned in forward.
