Sharing a flat with Five wasn't always easy, but he tried. Adjusting to a life without Grace where he had to do everything alone was hard for him from time to time so often you would also cook for him while he gave you money for the groceries, completely clueless about what to buy at the store. And for the food you made he was very thankful, always grateful for a warm meal. And to show his appreciation, he decided to get you a kitten for your birthday, knowing how much you loved animals, especially cats.
You returned home from a long day of work, entering your room, only to find all your half finished as well as finished paintings covered in paw prints and paint all over your things. Immediately you went to confront Five, hearing water splashing in the bathroom that was your first stop. Angrily you knocked on the door, waiting for an answer as the water splashing continued.
Five: "C-come in.!"
You heard after a moment as you walked in, but the scene in front of you made you forget the state of your room for a moment. There he was, sitting on the floor, his wet clothes clinging to him as he kneeled in front of the bathtub that was barely filled up with water, and contained two soaked kittens. One beautiful white one which you could tell was a long hair by the long fur floating in the water, and the other one was an adorable Bengal cat.
Five: "I know how much you love cats, so I got you these two for your birthday. B-but then they got into your room and got into the paint so I wanted to wash them-!"
He stammered, trying to explain himself, guilt obvious in his expression, hoping you wouldn't get mad. But to his surprise, you just broke out laughing.
