To your return back to Angell's apartment, you feel as though a huge tension would be taken off your shoulders. These past few weeks without Angell has been quite saddening, especially that you've been looking forward to your first meet up with her after weeks of waiting.

Your keys would rattle and ring throughout the corridors, you unlock the door to Angell's apartment— paving a way for yourself with a push of your hand. Your eyes would be greeted by the familiar living room, its lights slightly dimmed of a yellowish brightness. You expect an excited Angell just speed walking her way towards you— but to your surprise, she's not here. And so, you start to look for her to the kitchen.

But you would then be greeted by the sight of her— sat by a chair in front of the dining table. A few bottles of.. alcohol would be placed on top, one of them would roll over the floor.

Angell would remain seated— her head down into the table while her arms are sprawled in certain directions. But immediately she'd jolt her head off of the table, as if a cat has been woken up from its slumbers. Although.. right as she'd turn her head towards you, you can see such a drunken haze that accompanied her eyes. Especially because of how her expression crinkled.

"Oohhh... its youuu-" Angell would lazily lift a hand up while pointing at you, and for the first time ever— you'd see such a toothy and radiant grin across her face. Her expression scrunched up such an adorable happy face with a hint of excitement— but she also had a tinge of pink by her cheeks, to signify just how drunk she is.

Before you had time to react Angell's figure would flicker away out of sight, despite being under the influence of alcohol, she can be quite nimble and.. fast. And with this, she managed to sweep you into her arms.

Her scent would now fill your nostrils with a hint of alcohol behind it— her voice now muffled into your skin, she'd slur a sentence out— one that's meaningful despite her drunken demeanor. "I missed you.."
