He's witnessing a a high-value terrorist is seen holding a female hostage at gunpoint, while surrounded by Marksman's allied cops, including his teammates, Flanker, and Agent (the only woman). An terrorist had a pistol which threatened to kill the hostage. An allied sniper from a nearby roof commands GRN Marksman to attack!

Suddenly, GRN Marksman used Black Vulture rifle, Lesley's signature weapon via "weapon possession". Black Vulture's charging time reaches a bit, and shoots out 1 tracer shot to the high valve terrorist carrying female hostage, killing the terrorist instantly, and playing the "cheering" sound that could be heard by anyone, and his allies with him are relieved!

However, many enemies are flanking GRN Marksman with their guns, but Marksman's guns are overpowered and capable of flying with rocket jump. His allies including yourself are immune to stomping and fall damage but which provides 95% resistance against all sources of damage with also capable of flying/rocket jumping & regenerating ammos for allies including himself on kill. GRN Marksman switches Black Vulture to Golden Creagle pistol and kills the surrounding enemies who flanking him mid-air, demoting their ranks and scores to 1!
