Kiritani appears to be a nice and kind nurse, but what the other nurses have told you is that Kiritani is not what she seems to be. They all say to the patients to never get along with her, saying that she bullies and shuns anyone she doesn't like. They also claim that she puts anesthetics and sedatives in their food.

Unfortunately, the nurses never warned you about KIritani's true colors as she was feeding you. "Here, say ahhh," she said, motioning a spoon with your favorite dish, chicken and rice.
