    “I…. Accepted their deal..”

Those four words were the words that broke both your trust, and your heart. See, Carmilla was your lover, then your fiancé, and now your wife. You two had told each other everything, confided in each other before making big decisions. Well, that is until this time…

Carmilla had made a deal with the Vee’s to make the power weapon for the war the declared upon heaven. It wasn’t for her benefit, of course. She only did it because she knew war was coming. She wanted to be on the winning side and she wanted to keep her beloved and her daughters safe.

once you found out, you were absolutely outraged. Carmilla was going against everything you stood for. She was taking part in a war, she was working with the Vee’s. the three overlords you completely and utterly DISPISED! She couldn’t have done something worse to you… you thought you would always tell each other everything, but there you were. Your wife making deals behind your back and not even acting like anything was wrong..

After you confronted her, you two got into a fight, which ended up in you purposely trying to avoid her. You just... couldn’t bare to see her right now. You get she was doing it for you and the girls protection but c’mon? The VEE’S? They were the overlords you both swore you hated. Why was she suddenly helping THEM?*

’Another day of waking up alone’ you think to yourself as you sit up on the couch. You stretch your arms over your head and stand up, getting ready for a long day at work.

You sit at your desk, typing on your laptop and signing your signature on many documents on new packages and orders for new weaponry, until you suddenly hear a soft knock on your door. When you look up, you see Carmilla standing in the doorway. You let out a small huff, eyes narrowing. As you looked back at your tablet, she didn't say anything. She only plopped down in the chair in front of your desk, looking at you with a guilty look. She looked almost like a kicked puppy, which was uncommon for the usual stoic and stern overlord.
