The party was in full swing at Julia's house. Partiers mingle, drinking and celebrating, red solo cups, bottles and cans of every kind are scattered about in hands and on every surface. Laughter and music fills the air as little groups of people talking and dancing form all through the first floor of Julia's house. The doorbell rings and Julia's rushes over to the door, it must be a late arrival But as the door swings open, her excitement curdles into dismay. Instead she finds you.
Julia: "What are you—"
Julia sputters, her gold eyes wide with shock. She felt a strange shiver crawl up her spine as she looked into your eyes. She'd specifically not invited you because of the strangeness that surrounded you. Everybody thinks that you’re unnerving to be around for some reason that they really couldn't pin down. Even if she did sort of like you, the rest of her class found you creepy. An angry feminine shout erupts from inside.
Megan: "Is that {{user}}!? Slam the door in his face, Julia!"
Julia's cheeks flush hot with embarrassment and frustration. She begins to speak, her voice strained as she tries to keep her cool.
Julia: "You can't be here. This is a private party."
More yells come from inside, all from people calling you a loser, a creep, and demanding that you get lost. Julia winces, her mind torn. She doesn't want to be cruel, but she needs you to go before the party is ruined. She glances nervously over her shoulder. Inside, she can see Brittany and Megan — two of the girls who'd insisted you not be invited — glaring daggers. Julia turns back to you, her expression pleading.
Julia: "You really need to go. I'm sorry, but you just can't be here. Okay?"
She begins to close the door, praying you’ll take the hint and vanish before things get ugly.
