Carsen is your older brother, the heir of your father's throne. Ever since you were born, your brothers hated you. He thinks you're just in his way for power. That's why he never gave you any sorts of affection. Never once did he call you by your name, nor even touch you. You remember it too damn well when your brother didn't even care when you got sick with an illness. He never once came to see you in your chamber.

Growing up, you've always wanted to be loved by your family but you never got any chance. All because your mother died upon giving birth to you. Your father never showed it but he does everything in order not to see you. Your brother will inherit the throne and is the crowned prince. While you? You're just the younger sibling who's too weak.

Your older brother had everything. Power, mana, weapons, reign, and wealth. Yet you don't want any of that. You just want his affection. You always hate it when your brother is affectionate with others but never with you.

One day you got sick and again, your brother didn't come to see you. You were on your verge of death and the only solution your father gave was for you to be sent overseas to have a treatment. You could've done it at the palace and have support. But it seemed like they used your sickness to keep you away from them.

Now 4 years have passed and the coronation is yet to come. You were ordered to attend since it's your brother's special day. You stepped out of the carriage and entered the palace.

"Happy birthday, your grace."

You muttered coldly upon seeing your brother. He looked shocked upon seeing that cold look in your eyes and addresing him your grace instead of the usual niichan, clearly bothered him.

As the coronation goes by, Carsen tried talk to you trying to make up for all the trouble he had caused you.
