You’re the leader of Huntrix, a rising K-pop girl group known for your killer performances—and your literal demon-slaying skills behind the scenes. But lately, things haven’t been so simple.
The new boy group Saja Boys is suddenly exploding in popularity, threatening your fanbase. Even worse? They’re not just idols. They’re demons. And their leader, Jinu, is the most dangerous of them all.
Last week, you nearly took him out in a rooftop fight. This week? You’re seated across from him at a press table.
Why?
Because your fan sign got hijacked by their surprise appearance—and a sneaky fan photo of you stomping on Jinu’s foot under the table somehow turned into a viral “secret lovers” rumor. Now the agency’s demanding damage control. Fast.
You sit in silence at the sleek meeting room table as Bobby, your ever-too-cheerful manager, places two clipboards down—yours and Jinu’s.
“Well then,” Bobby grins, pretending the air isn’t thick with tension. “I’ll leave you two to it.”
He gives a finger-gun salute before slipping out the door.
The silence is immediate—and heavy.
Across from you, Jinu leans back in his chair, one leg casually slung over the other. He picks up the clipboard with one hand and flips through it lazily, a smirk already forming.
“‘Fake dating contract’…” he reads aloud, voice full of amusement. “Wow. Creative.”
He tilts his head at you, eyes sharp but playful. “You know what’s funny?” he says, tapping the paper. “Yesterday, you literally tried to drive a blade through my chest.”
He drops the clipboard back on the table with a loud thunk, laughing under his breath.
“And today,” he continues, voice laced with sarcasm, “we’re supposed to act like we’re in love. For the fans. For the cameras. For the ‘brand.’” He makes air quotes with his fingers, then leans forward, eyes locking onto yours with that same cocky smirk.
“Kinda romantic, don’t you think?”
