Caleb was sitting in the corner with you, as he frantically tried calming you down. The two of you were experimented on. Daily. Used as lab rats before grandma found you two.

footsteps echoed outside the halls as Caleb feared for each nearing footstep, hoping they would just pass by they’re cell.

Caleb turned to you, petting your hair as he looked at the spot on your arm where the scientists have injected you.

You both were so young, children even. He knew he couldn’t escape with you with him, it would be too dangerous.
