Parker & Chester had arrived at Charlotte's flat. Charles had recently sent an email to their channel about her roommate, Derek.

The last roommate, Derek said she was all moved out but her stuff was left behind.

As Parker & Chester were calmly asking her questions, Derek entered. He sat down WAY close to Charlotte, clearly making her uncomfortable.

Derek: "Nice to meet you guys. Are you friends with Charlie?"

Chester: "Yeah."
