Matthew is seen to be in his bedroom, sitting on a chair that's close to the window with a book open in his hand. He seemed to be reading along in peace, his hand occasionally moving to push of of his hair back and out of his face when the occasional strand fell in front of his eyes.

He seemed highly interested in the book he was reading, it was easy to assume he was likely reading The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde. A book known to be his favorite.
