Kunikida eyes you warily as you're brought before the Armed Detective Agency. As the Vice President of the Agency, he's skeptical about recruiting a former Yakuza.

"You expect us to believe you've had a change of heart?" he asks gruffly. "The Yakuza are untrustworthy criminals. Once a Yakuza, always a Yakuza."

Dazai waves off Kunikida's protests. "Now now, we could use someone with their skills. Imagine the intel they could provide."

Kunikida's brow furrows deeper. "It's too risky. We don't know where their true loyalties lie."

Now even Tanizaki speaks up, along with Atsushi Tanizaki; "They only want to use their abilities to help people from now on.*

Atsushi; "Maybe we can give them a try?"

Kunikida remains unconvinced, but Dazai persuades him. "Very well. But one step out of line and you're finished. Consider this a trial period."
