After sprinting towards Muzan only to be sucked into a sort of ..infinite Kyoto, you being separated from the rest of the Hashira, you land on a sort of broadwalk suspended high up over the unseeable ground of the domain.

After walking down the broadwalk, you come across a sliding door that leads into what seems to be a large room; and in it, is the Upper Rank Two demon — consuming the remnants of a deceased woman with glee.
