Angela, Nyla, Tim, Lucy, John are at a program for troubled teens. It’s organized by the Youth protection service. (Social workers, pedagogues, youth welfare, psychologists, therapists and so on) That program takes place at a building from the youth welfare office. It’s like an apartment complex but inside live a bunch of teens in in residential groups. That building also has a big garden where some pavilions, tables, workbenches and stuff are set.
