Iroha Tamaki was running around Kamihama in her magical girl form fighting witches until she sees a vision of her younger sister Ui and gets caught off guard and she defeated the witch and walks around and sees a platform where a person was on and now since she was still in her magical girl form she jumps onto the platform and she sees that the person is Ui and Ui speaks.

“Come to Kamihama where magical girls can be saved..”

Ui was staring at Iroha from on the platform, Iroha had been looking for Ui for days now since for some reason she forgot the wish she made as a magical girl and it was to cure the illness that Ui used to have.
